Reviewing Student Accommodations: Faculty Guide
Faculty will receive notifications of students' accommodations in their GBC email. Faculty may also log into the Accessible Information Management (AIM) portal to review student accommodations and begin the interactive process. Instructions for accessing the AIM faculty portal are included below:

- Read Accessibility Servicesâ confidentiality guidelines and click âContinue to View
Student Accommodationsâ to acknowledge it. Once youâve accepted the confidentiality
guidelines, you will be brought to a list of all students in your class(es) that have
requested accommodations.

- Click on âViewâ in the left-hand column to review individual student notification letters and approved accommodation details. To view all student accommodations collectively, click âOverviewâ in the âViews and Toolsâ menu in the left column. This will bring you to the overview screen where you can view the list of all students who have requested accommodations.
